The current chief designer is Ricky Conti, originally from Italy. He is now based at Claybourn's headquarter in Brisbane.
He used to have his own label, now leading a team of Claybourn' s 8 designers as of year 2022, and is expanding with more designers in the near future under Claybourn's fast global expansion plans
